$35.00 - $75.00 order add $6.95 handling.
ALL products with FOB (Freight On Board) - incur a freight charge.

United Vet Equine accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, VISA. PayPal is accepted through the website only.   No COD's.

State Sales tax is applicable to only Minnesota residents (7.125%) and will be charged accordingly. Sales tax applied to indicated items only. Tack/Stable Supplies etc. Any product that is ingested by an animal is not applicable to state sales tax.

Our standard shipping method is surface delivery. Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories should receive their orders within 5 to 10 business days. To see a map of our shipping Zones for Ground delivery with estimated timeframes, CLICK HERE. Air delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States, for in-stock items only. These services are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We strongly recommend ALL vaccine orders be shipped 2nd day or next day air.  Vaccines not shipped in this manner are non-returnable/non-refundable.  All vaccine orders shipped via air freight include bio-cooler and ice packs.  Vaccines are shipped Monday-Wednesdays (Thursdays - Next Day Air only).

***Internet and catalog pricing might not always match as United Vet Equine prints only 2 catalogs per year (Spring/Summer - Fall/Winter). Due to the high turnover rate of vaccines and wormers, it is always best to check the web site for the most current pricing.

Customer Service


Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of purchase (a 25% restocking charge will be applied for items returned after 21 days). Please return with copy of invoice and indicate reason for return and how to be refunded. If payment was made by credit card we will issue a credit back to your card. BITS are non-returnable after use. Special order items cannot be returned.

If an item is backordered and you have additional items on your order we will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You are only billed for the products that are shipped - backordered items will not be billed/charged until they have been shipped out. Items less than $20 in value will NOT be backordered. We ask that you place those items on your next order.
